I can't say enough good things about Jayy! He's not only an exceptional trainer but also a genuinely good human being. With his help, I was able to achieve my fitness goals in a surprisingly short amount of time. He tailored my workouts to my specific needs and made me feel comfortable doing exercises that I had never done before. His positive attitude and encouragement made me feel confident and motivated every step of the way. He not only focus on physical aspect of the training but also the mental aspect and what connection we have in both. I did workout sessions with Jay for 4 months, and he helped and supported me tremendously in achieving my goal. I like how he trained me, kept me motivated, and educated me on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. So I recommend Jay if you are lazy like me but need a lot of motivation!

4 Maanden Personal Training met Jay achter de rug. Wat is de tijd snel gegaan! Jay heeft mij echt een top begeleiding gegeven. Het was zoeken in het begin, want ik heb een gruwelijke hekel aan sportscholen. Maar samen hebben we een schema gevonden wat werkt. En... ik ga nu zelfs met plezier sporten. Wie had dat gedacht! Dank Jay, voor je geduld en vastberadenheid om te vinden wat bij mij past. Fijn dat jij mij ook bij de volgende stap blijft begeleiden!

Jayy is a great personal trainer. Someone who really tries to understand the requirements to build a personalized schedule for individuals. When I started working with Jayy in year 2021, I was low in confidence and was struggling to get back in routine. Jayy really helped to realize my potential and enable a step by step improvement. In 2022, I again felt the need to build up strength & get back in routine - Jayy again helped but this time with a different set of exercises, the sessions went great. Jayy is a good listener and a great contributor in discussions on general topics - be it diet, routine or general current affairs. He’s always ready to have a good extra 10 minutes of talk after the sessions to make you feel light. I’d recommend Jayy as a trainer to anyone seeking personal fitness training for strength build up or just to get fit.
